Former ETSU student among 4 arrested while protesting police brutality in Chattanooga

The protesters were marching with Concerned Citizens for Justice Wednesday as part of a national day of protests and were arrested when they entered the intersection and blocked traffic, the group said on its Facebook page.

Police said that after being ordered to get out of his car, Hughes took off again, putting an officer in danger. He then lost control of the vehicle and crashed it into a fence before fleeing on foot.
