Redflex agreement increases city's take if speed-enforcement cameras installed at school zones

City commissioners will consider an amended agreement tonight with Redflex Traffic Systems that would reduce the amount paid to the company, but also requires Johnson City to install speed enforcement cameras at school zones to keep that price stable.
