Man accused of abducting woman in Kingsport arrested in SW Virginia

A man who allegedly abducted his ex-girlfriend from the parking lot of a Kingsport McDonald's, pulling her into his vehicle as witnesses attempted to intervene, was arrested late Tuesday night in Scott County, Va.
