Johnson City police: Underwear-clad doctor emerged after high-speed chase marching with American flag and honking horn

A Johnson City doctor was wearing nothing but a bathrobe and underwear when he led police on a high-speed chase through the east side of town with a loaded gun, a machete and marijuana in his vehicle Sunday morning, according to a police report.
