The Miss Johnson City/Miss Historic Jonesborough Scholarship Pageant will take place Saturday night at 7 in the D.P. Culp Center Auditorium at East Tennessee State University.

"This is Ruger, and he needs everyone's help. He stumbled into my yard yesterday, and I was astounded by his condition. I got him to a rescue, and they got him to the vet and into surgery because his stomach was twisted."
