First Time Users:
Signing up for a personal account allows you to make reservations online and post restaurant reviews on the TriCity Restaurant Gallery, post accommodation reviews on the TriCity Travel Guide and post comments and Community Events on the Johnson City Press, Herald & Tribune and Erwin Record web sites.

Where do I sign up?
In the Quick Links section on the left of the page, select the New User link. Simply complete the short registration form to become a TriCity Restaurant Gallery member. It's that simple!

How much does it cost?
NOTHING! There is no charge for membership and registration is FREE.

In the Quick Links section on the left of the page, select the Forgot Password link. Your password will be emailed to the address provided when the account was created.

How do I change my password?
In the Quick Links section on the left of the page, select Edit Member Profile. Follow the on screen instructions to update your account information.

How do I make a reservation?
Making a reservaion is easy. Simply click on Make a Reservation. anywhere on this site to be directed to our simple reservation form.

How much does it cost?
It's FREE to make reservations online using the TriCity Restaurant Gallery.

How can I cancel or change my reservation?
To change or cancel your reservations, you must call the restaurant directly. Reservations cannot be changed or cancelled on the TriCity Restaurant Gallery web site. Contact information for each restaurant can be found on the information page of that specific restaurant.

How do I know my reservation has been confirmed?
You will receive an email from TriCity Restaurant Gallery when your reservation has been submitted to confirm the reservation request has been received. You will also receive a confirmation call from the restaurant within one hour to confirm your reservations with the restaurant itself.

How do I book a large party or corporate event?
Large party or coporate events must be booked directly with the restaurant. Please see the restaurant's information page for more details.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellation requests must be made by contacting the restaurant directly. Cancellations cannot be processed through the TriCity Restaurant Gallery web site.
