Sarah Johnson, JOHNSON CITY

Sarah Jean Crum Johnson, age 42, of Johnson City, TN, passed away on June 27, 2014, at the Johnson City Medical Center following her courageous battle with cancer.
She was a beloved wife, daughter, mother, sister and aunt.
Sarah was born on September 13, 1971, in Johnson City, TN. She was the daughter of Bill and Jean Crum.
She was the wife of Robert Johnson. In addition to her husband, she leaves behind two daughters, Miranda and Jessica Johnson, and one son, Robert Johnson, all of Johnson City, TN; one sister, Ruby Jones and her husband, David, of Johnson City, TN; and one brother, Billy Crum and his wife, Lisa, of Jonesborough, TN. She also leaves two granddaughters and one grandson; one niece, Angela Jackson and her husband, Anthony; several nephews, great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Sarah also leaves her very special friend, Alan Johnson.
Everyone knew Sarah from her personality. She was always smiling, laughing and making jokes. Sarah was a woman of faith. She trusted God with all her heart. She enjoyed simply spending time with her friends and family. We will always remember her silly jokes, her laugh and her outgoing personality. She will be forever loved.
The family will greet guests to share memories on Monday, June 30, 2014, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Tetrick Funeral and Cremation Services, Johnson City, TN.
A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 7:00 PM.
Committal services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at Washington County Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 10:15 AM to go in procession. Friends may also gather at any time until 8:30 p.m. at the home of her sister, Ruby Jones, 307 Holly Street, Johnson City, TN.
Pastor Rick Jones and Mr. Alfred Crum will officiate. Music will be provided by her niece and great niece, Angela and Ariaya Jackson, and her cousin, Nancy Dillion. Active pallbearers will be Charlie Crum, Chris Crum, Bryan Crum, Marc Dillion Sr. and Marc Dillion Jr. and Kirk Royston. Honorary pallbearers will be David Jones, Justin Jones and Anthony Jackson.
