Delores Williams, JOHNSON CITY

Delores Williams, age 74, of Johnson City went to be with the Lord on Saturday April 5, 2014 at Johnson City Medical Center.
A native of Washington County and resident of Johnson City, Mrs. Williams was a graduate of Science Hill High School. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Delores was a loving mother and provider and will be greatly missed by all.
Preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Edward Williams in 1983; parents, Roy and Katie Bell Nunley; three brothers, Kenneth Nunley, Stewart Ford, and Moses Walters.
Surviving include her daughters, Beth Woodby of Johnson City, Diane Carlisle of Nashville, TN., Marie Melton Gillum of Nashville, TN.; sons, Ed Williams of Johnson City, TN., Daniel Williams of Johnson City TN., Anthony Williams of Chattanooga TN.; sisters, Barbara Simpson and husband Glenn of Watauga, TN., Ann Eller of Elk Park, NC., Gail Nunley of Johnson City, TN.; brother Johnny Nunley of Johnson City, TN., several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family of Delores Williams will receive friends, Tuesday, April 8, 2014 from 12:00-1:30 pm in Tri-Cities Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm with Rev. Scottie Sexton officiating. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 pm at the Mountain Home National Cemetery, Mountain, TN.
