Bobby Lacy, JOHNSON CITY

Bobby Gene Lacy, 49, Johnson City, went to be with our heavenly father Thursday, February 27, 2014 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN. He was a native of Carter County and the son of Ted and Christine Lacy.
Bobby proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law: Wiley Helton.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his daughters: Brittney Lacy, Brooke Lacy, and Brandie Lacy; grandson: Jalen Wicker; friend and mother of his girls: Charlene Phillips; brother: David Lacy and wife Linda; sisters: Cindy Lacy, and Barbara Helton (his twin sister); nephew: Joseph Lacy, nieces: Jessica Lacy, Haley, Casey, and Deanna Helton.
We want to say thank you to his special caregiver, Daphny Jones, you were greatly appreciated.
The family would like the honor of your presence at A Celebration of Life service for Bobby on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 7:00 PM in the Sunrise chapel of Tetrick Funeral and Cremation Services with Pastor Dwayne Casteel officiating. The family will greet friends to share memories from 5:00 PM until the service hour. Graveside and Committal services will be held in Mountain Home National Cemetery on Tuesday at 1:45 PM. Active pallbearers will be from the TN National Guard. Honorary pallbearers will be Kirk Hughes, Nick Hughes, Doug Oakman, Andrew Clawson, Josh Wicker, and Larry Lyons. Everyone is asked to meet at the funeral home by 1:15 PM on Tuesday to go in procession to the cemetery.
