Mary Ruth Keeley Leonard, 83, Johnson City, passed away on Thursday, February, 6, 2014.
She was a native of Johnson City and the daughter of the late William and Martha Birchfield Keeley.
Survivors include her husband of fifty two years, Robert W. “Bobby” Leonard; son, Keeley Leonard; and numerous friends.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to NHC Healthcare employees Allen, Brenda, Connie, Joy, Carolyn, Sarah, Debbie and Steve, Asbury Place employees Christi, Renetta, Shirley, Edna, Patricia, Stacey, Angel, Laura and David, for the loving care they provided Mary Ruth.
We would also like to thank Ingles store #372 of Boones Creek.
The family of Mary Ruth Leonard requests the honor of your presence at a Celebration of Life service at 7:00 PM Sunday, February 9, 2014, at Mt. View Baptist Church, Johnson City, with Reverend James Cambron and Reverend Rich Murray officiating.
The family will greet friends to share memories from 5:00 PM until the service hour at the church.
A Graveside and Committal service will be held on Monday in Monte Vista Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be chosen from family and friends. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:50 AM.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mt. View Baptist Church, P.O. Box 3489, Johnson City, TN 37602.
