Reece Bayles "R.B." Milhorn, BRISTOL

Reece Bayles “R.B.” Milhorn, 90, of Bristol, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord at his home with family on December 20, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Hicks Milhorn; parents, Reece Bayles Sr. and Cordie Childress Milhorn; one brother; and several sisters.
Mr. Milhorn was a member of the Jericho Shrine Temple, Blue Masonic Lodge, and King Lodge. He was a former employee of Tetrick Funeral Home.
He is survived by daughters, Carolyn Perrigan and husband, Wayne, of Bristol, Tennessee, and Phyllis Booher and husband, David, of Blountville, Tennessee; son, Ralph Douglas Milhorn and wife, Virginia, of Bristol, Tennessee; grandchildren, Steven Milhorn, Jason Milhorn and wife, Adrianna, Amy Hampton and husband, Scott, Rhonda Chafin and husband, Howard, and Kim Ketron and husband, Roger; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Juanita Cartey, of Piney Flats, Tennessee, and Virginia Mae Combs, of Bluff City, Tennessee; and brother, Ivan Milhorn, of Bristol, Tennessee.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 22, 2013, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Blevins Funeral and Cremation Services of Bristol, Virginia.
The funeral service will follow at 6:00 PM with the Pastor Dennis Milhorn officiating. A Masonic service will follow.
The committal and interment will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 23, 2013, at Tri-Cities Memory Gardens in Blountville, Tennessee. All attending will meet at Blevins at 9:45 AM to go in procession to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steven Milhorn, Jason Milhorn, Scott Hampton, Wayne Goodman, Hal Goodman and Terry Ditto. Honorary pallbearer will be Alex Milhorn.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Shelby Olds and her staff, the staff of Wellmont Hospice, and a special thanks to Jean Love for their care of Mr. Milhorn.
