James Lenor "Boy" Bly, KINGSPORT

Mr. James Lenor “Boy” Bly, 63, 625 Nelson St., Apt. 168, entered into this world on September 19, 1950, and entered into his rest on December 17, 2013, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport. James was surrounded by his loving wife and family and the welcoming arms of Jesus.
James was preceded in death by his parents, Ms. Gladys Bly and Printes Taylor; two brothers, Buster and Charles Bly; two sisters, Ms. Helen and Ms. Ruth Taylor; and a beloved sister-in-law, Mrs. Barbara Jean Long-Bly.
Survivors include: Mrs. Sandee Scott-Bly, his wife, of the home; his daughter, Ms. Brittanee T. Scott, Limestone; two grandchildren, Jaylen T. Scott and Gavin P. Webb; one brother, Ozine (late Mrs. Barbara) Bly, New Canton; five sisters, Ms. Dallas Watterson, Ms. Janie Goodwin, Ms. Delores Blye, Ms. Judy Phillips, all of Kingsport, and Ms. Edith Jackson, Knoxville; a special mother-in-law, Ms. Bernadine Scott. A host of in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013, at Central Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m.
The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church and other times at the residence.
