Rick Bundy, ERWIN

Rick Bundy, age 54, of Erwin ,passed away on December 4, 2013, at the Bristol Regional Medical Center.
Born on May 13, 1959, in Erwin, Rick was a son of the late James E. and Norma Oliveros Bundy. He was a machinist and tool and die maker and, in partnership with his brother, operated Tooling Concepts for 25 years.
He enjoyed woodworking, working with his hands, riding and working on motorcycles and he was a dog lover.
He was of the Presbyterian faith.
Rick has left to cherish his memories: Brother: Jay Bundy, of Johnson City; Sister: Linda Bundy, of Erwin; Closest Cousins: B.J. “Kitten” Bundy, of SC, Earl W. “Butch” Bundy, of Johnson City, Louise Beck, of Knoxville; Special Friends: Tom and Debra Bridges, of Erwin; Beloved dog, Roxie; Several Aunts and Cousins.
The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence at a funeral service to honor and celebrate the life of Rick Bundy on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at 8:00 PM in the chapel of Valley Funeral Home with Dr. Stan Webster officiating.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 8, 2013, at Evergreen Cemetery. Those attending the graveside service will meet at Evergreen Cemetery by 1:50 PM Sunday.
A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 6:00 PM and continue until service time Saturday.
