Bonnie Coffey, IRMO, S.C.

IRMO, S.C. — Bonnie Ruth Pealer Coffey, age 82, formerly of Johnson City, TN passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 in Irmo, South Carolina.
A native of Johnson City, she was a daughter of the late John Adam and Virgie Christine Frye Pealer. Mrs. Coffey was a homemaker. She was a member of Keystone Freewill Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Coffey was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Coffey, in 1994; a brother, Jack Pealer.
Survivors include three sons, David Coffey, Stoney Creek, VA, Michael Coffey, and wife Lisa, Little Elm, Texas, Larry Coffey, and wife Joan, Irmo, SC; one daughter, Cheryl Lane, and husband Larry, Virginia Beach, VA; one sister, Betty Woodson, Liberty, SC; one brother Guy Pealer, Bristol, TN; six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
The graveside service for Mrs. Coffey will be conducted at 3:30 P.M. Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Monte Vista Memorial Gardens officiated by her son, Larry Coffey.
Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 P.M. Sunday in the East Parlor of the funeral home.
