John Randall Rosselot, JOHNSON CITY

John Randall Rosselot, 55, of Johnson City, died Monday, November 25, 2013, at his residence.
He was a native of Akron, Ohio, son of Paul and Margaret Summerfield Rosselot. John was a Sergeant First Class, having served in the U.S. Army for twenty years. He also served as a ROTC instructor at Science Hill High School for seventeen years and was a member of the American Legion.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Nicholas Cassivant.
Survivors, including his parents, are; his wife, Claudia Rosselot, of the home; three sons, John R. Rosselot Jr., of Fort Knox, KY, Christopher Evan Rosselot and his wife, Laura, of Fort Hood, TX, Tyler Ian Rosselot, of the home; a daughter, Alexandra Rosselot, of Johnson City; two sisters, Kay Stewart and Mary Rosselot, both of Hamilton, OH; three grandchildren, Hunter Vanhoy, John R. Rosselot III and Olivia Vanhoy.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 29, 2013, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home and Cremation Services from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
A private committal service will be conducted at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
