Irma Lee Bishop, 58, wife of Bill Bishop, died Thursday, August 1, 2013.
Born in Kingsport, TN, she was the daughter of the late Peco and Mary Steffey Spears.
Mrs. Bishop graduated from East Tennessee State University with a nursing degree and was the retired Director of Sunrise Assisted Living. She was a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two daughters, Natalie Shirley and husband, Tim, of Simpsonville, and Kelli Bishop, of Boiling Springs; a son, Jeremy Bishop, of Greenville; three brothers, John Spears, of Abingdon, VA, Dan Spears, of Elizabethton, TN, and David Spears, of Kingsport, TN; and three grandchildren, Peyton, Parker and Paislee Shirley.
Visitation will be held Sunday, August 4, 2013, from 1:00 to 2:45 p.m. at Brushy Creek Baptist Church.
The funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the church.
Burial will be in Graceland East Memorial Park.
