Margaret Robinson, JOHNSON CITY

Margaret Robinson, 89, 309 Hamilton St. Johnson City, was called to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 25, 2013, at her residence.
Margaret was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City.
She was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Sells Bashor.
Margaret was a lifelong member of East Unaka Church of Christ and the Johnson City VFW Post #2108.
She was an avid collector of angels and an animal lover, especially dogs.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Robinson; and her brother, Paul Bashor.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Genevieve Bashor; nephews, Steve and Randy Bashor; several great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and her beloved companions, Tori and Waylon.
Special thanks to Robinson Animal Clinic, Amedysis Hospice of Elizabethton, Choices, especially Kim, and the many caregivers who were gracious with their time and love for Margaret.
The graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, May 30, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. in Monte Vista Memorial Park with Chaplain Dwayne Baird officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Those planning to attend are requested to meet at the funeral home by 10:30 A.M. Thursday to proceed to the cemetery.
