Matthew Shore Haselden, KNOXVILLE

Matthew Shore Haselden, age 31, of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of Kissimmee, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, March 19th, 2013, due to an accident.
Matt graduated from Science Hill High School, Johnson City, TN, and attended The University of Central Florida. Matt was a Christian and we know he is with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Matt loved animals, especially his dog Blue. His hobbies included woodworking and saltwater fish aquariums. He was self-employed as a contractor in the Knoxville area.
Matt is survived by his wife, Valerie; his mother, Elizabeth Shore Bowman and her husband, David; his father, William Barry Haselden and his wife, Judy; his brother, Andrew; and his grandmother, Helen Shore. In addition he is survived by his in-laws, Tom and Lonie Schollaert, Chad and Elizabeth Schollaert, Troy and Jill Waskey; and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Church of Knoxville, 1250 Heritage Lake Boulevard, Knoxville, Tn 37922.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to The Hailey Schollaert Benevolent Fund, ℅ Cornerstone Church of Knoxville, 1250 Heritage Lake Blvd., Knoxville, TN 37922. Hailey is Matt and Valerie’s four year old niece.
