Raymond Henley, Jonesborough

Mr. Raymond E. Henley, 60, of Jonesborough, died Saturday, June 16, 2012, unexpectedly at his home.
A native of Jonesborough, he was the son of the late Shelby E. and Dorothy Privette Henley. Raymond had a passion for cars of all kinds, including antiques. He loved spending time with his two grandsons and great grandson. He was loved by all who knew him, he never met a stranger.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Henley and brother-in-law, Tommy Garst.
He is survived by his loving daughter Lori “George” Henley-Trivett and husband Jamie; two grandsons, Derek and Troy Trivett; and great grandson, Justin Trivett; brother, Richard Henley and wife Mable; sisters, Lois Garst and husband Dennis, Viola McKinney and husband Richard, Loretta “Penny” Garst, Nancy Powell and husband Robert, Rita Smith and husband Johnny; and several nieces and nephews, all of Jonesborough.
The family will receive friends, Tuesday, June 19, 2012, 6:00-8:00pm, at Morris Baker Funeral Home with services immediately following with Pastor Richard Thompson officiating. Burial will be held, Wednesday, 11am, at Washington County Memory Gardens.
Friends and Family will be pallbearers.
