Beulah Evans, ERWIN

Mrs. Beulah S. Evans, 87, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at The Center on Aging and Health.
A native of Jonesborough, she was the daughter of the Paris Earl and Mabel Slagle Story. Mrs. Evans retired from the Veterans Administration Hospital after 20 years of service. She was also a member of Union Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Evans; two sons, Walter E. and George Evans; and two brothers, Ollie and Blaine Story.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Marsha Barnett, of Jonesborough; two grandchildren, Lewis Castle and Angie Lemmon; five great grandchildren, Alyssa and Amber Castle and Lita, Lali and Lece Lemmon; two sisters, Delilah Story and Gladys Nadeau, both of Jonesborough; and brother Paris Story, of Jonesborough.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 26, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Union Christian Church Cemetery with Pastor Steve Trinkle officiating.
