Patricia ‘Pat’ Jackowski, Kingsport

KINGSPORT — Patricia “Pat” D. Jackowski, 71, went to be with the Lord Monday morning, April 16, 2012, at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN.
Mrs. Jackowski was born September 15, 1940, in Detroit, MI, the daughter of the late Richard & Marion Woodcock O’Leary. She was a native of Pontiac, MI, and had lived in the Kingsport area for the past twelve years.
Pat was a devoted mother, nurse, baker and gourmet chef.
Mrs. Jackowski was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Johnson City, TN.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jackowski is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence M. Jackowski; and a brother, James P. O’leary
Survivors of Patricia “Pat” D. Jackowski include two daughters, Christine Jackowski and Andrea, both of Kingsport, TN; two sons, Lawrence Jackowski, of Los Angeles, CA, and Gregory Jackowski, of Cedar, MI; two sisters, Maureen Weber, of Waterford, MI, and Therese Nesteruk, of Canton, MI; and one brother, Richard O’Leary, of Charlevoix, MI.
The family of Patricia “Pat” D. Jackowski will receive friends on Friday, April 20, 2012, from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 11:30 a.m. Father Vijayan Joseph officiating.
Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Mountain Home National Cemetery, Mountain Home, TN. After the graveside service there will be a dinner served at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Mary’s CCW, 2211 E. Lakeview Dr., Johnson City, TN 37601.
