Roberta Hatley, Kingsport

KINGSPORT — Roberta Lynn Hatley, 54, Liberty Church Road, Kingsport, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2012, at Holston Valley Hospital.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Otis and Helen Hardin Owens. She had lived in Kingsport for the past 12 years. Roberta was a member of the Fountain of Life Bible Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Charles Owens; and Two Sisters: Maxine Williams and Jeanella Dennis.
Survivors include her husband: Donnie Lee Hatley; A Son & daughter-in-law: Andrew Jason & Melissa Miller, Elizabethton; Two Step-Daughters: Johnnie Wingfield and husband, Steven Johnson, and Dennise Jones, both of Elizabethton; Two Step-Grandsons: Jacob Vines and Payden Vines, both of Elizabethton; Three Grandchildren: Gracie Wingfield, Steven Vines and Sophie Miller; Three Sisters: Barbara Blanchard and Faye Doerr, both of Elizabethton, and Sharon Largent, Hampton; Several Nieces & Nephews.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Greg Largent officiating.
Interment will follow in Washington County Memory Gardens. Music will be provided by the Melody Trio. Active Pallbearers will be: Jason Miller, Eddie Doerr, Gerald Jones, David Police Miller, Steven Johnson, Michael Dennis, Chris Allen Midkiff and Jim Greenwell. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Robert “Bobby” Baines, Heath Largent and Daniel Largent.
The family will receive friends from 12 Noon to 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
