Jeannie Baker, Elizabethton

ELIZABETHTON — Jeannie Aileen Baker, 43, 811 Old Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012, in the Sycamore Shoals Hospital.
She was a native of Johnson City and was a daughter of the late Samuel Dove Baker and Norma Vonritter Lacey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Dakota Austin Baker.
Survivors include three brothers, Edward Cheek and his wife, Lavone, of Johnson City, Jeff Cheek and his wife, Amanda, Sevierville and Charles Kelvin Lacey and his wife, Shontaine Haney, of Kingsport; two sisters, Carolyn Baker and Tim Davis, of Johnson City, and Kathy Edwards and her husband, Barnard, of Ohio; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 PM Saturday, March 24, 2012, at the Snow Memorial Baptist Church, Knob Creek Road, Johnson City, with the Rev. Timothy Adkins officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 PM until the service time.
