Frank Reed, JOHNSON CITY

Frank Lowe “Squeeky” Reed, 81, of Johnson City, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 7, 2012, unexpectedly.
Frank was the son of the late William and Emma Lowe Reed. Frank was a member of Pinecrest Christian Church and retired from Raytheon Corporation after 37 years. He currently worked for Toyota of Kingsport and was a member of Watauga Lodge #622 F & AM. He was in the Korean War and served in Europe in the Army.
Frank was loved by everyone who knew him and was an ongoing blood donor for the Red Cross.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Shirley Hughes and Willie Osborne; brother Fred Reed; and former wife, Nellie Pate Reed.
He is survived by his son, Jeffrey Lynn Reed and fiancée, Sandra L. Hill; two sisters, Glenna Barron and Joy Hughes and her husband, Bill; one brother, James Edgar Reed and wife, Ruth; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Lois Thompson.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 12, 2012, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Morris-Baker Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held Monday, March 12, 2012, at 8:00 p.m. at Morris-Baker Funeral Home in the South Chapel with Pastor Randall Carrier officiating.
The committal service will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at Roselawn Memory Gardens with procession leaving Morris-Baker Funeral Home at 12:25 p.m.
