Terry Davis, BELEWS CREEK, N.C.

BELEWS CREEK, N.C. — Terry Lee Davis, age 59, Belews Creek, NC, passed away Sunday, March 4th, at the Wake Forest Baptist Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
Mr. Davis was a Johnson City native and a 1970 graduate of Science Hill High School.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Fred Davis, Jewel McNealy Davis; and brother, Tom Davis.
Mr. Davis was a Christian. He worked in the Food Services Industry with Hardee’s Restaurant, serving in multiple positions, which included District Manager and General Manager for over 30 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, boating on the lake, spending time with his family, and especially his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Robin Swink Davis, of the home; two sons, Will Swink, Belews Creek, NC, Christopher Whitmire and wife, Caroline, Belews Creek, NC; and one daughter, Shannon Davis, Mocksville, NC; three grandchildren, Amber Link, Haley Link and his “Little Buddy” Brandon Whitmire; two brothers, Tim Davis and wife, Donna, Gray, TN, Tony Davis, Johnson City, TN; and sister-in-law, Debbie Davis, Cleveland, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support, and Wake Forest Palliative Staff for their care.
Per his wishes, Mr. Davis wanted to be cremated and return home to be with his wife and family.
