Mary Eastridge, Piney Flats

PINEY FLATS — Mary M. Eastridge, 67, 282 Warren Road, Piney Flats, passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012, in the Johnson City Medical Center.
She was a native of Lebanon, Virginia, and was a daughter of the late Thomas and Bernice Henderson Eastridge. Mrs. Eastridge was a member of the Church of Jesus in Johnson City. She had been employed in Real Estate and retired from the National Bar Association in office administration.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mac McDonald; two sisters, Etta Hess and Trula Woods; a brother, Thomas Eggbert Eastridge.
Survivors include two sons, Anthony Eastridge and his wife, Nancy Harless, of Piney Flats, and Darren (Toppes) Outterbridge, of Washington, DC; two daughters, Marie Hopkins, of Bristol, and Pam Banks, of Maryland; two sisters, Nellie Browning and Virginia Phillips, of Piney Flats; a brother, Bill Eastridge, also of Piney Flats; a special nephew, Matt McMillan and several other nieces and nephews; also she is survived by the remainder of the Brady Bunch.
A memorial service for Mrs. Eastridge will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 4, 2012, in the Church of Jesus, 809 W. Main Street, Johnson City, with the Rev. George Hall officiating.
Mrs. Eastridge loved her flower garden so much that her family asks that any flowers that may be sent be potted plants so they can plant them in her garden.
