Louise Wilson, Elizabethton

Louise Perry Wilson, 82, Elizabethton passed away Sunday February 5, 2012 in the Johnson City Medical Center after an extended illness. A native of Carter County she was a daughter of the late Paul James & June Williams Perry. She was a 1984 graduate of Elizabethton High School and a 1979 graduate of Steed College. Her hobby was creative writing. She had many short stories, articles and poems published. Louise loved her cats and loved going to cat shows. She was a member of the Elizabethton Senior Citizens. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Wilson, June 1, 1984 by two sons: David Puckett and Blair Wilson. She was of the Christian Faith.
Survivors include a sister: Helen Berry, Elizabethton. A brother: Ed Perry, Elizabethton, four nephews and one niece.
Graveside Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Mountain Home National Cemetry with the Rev. Brian Smith officiating.
The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to the staff of Pine Ridge Care Center.
Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday to go to the cemetery.
