Tena Ann Wingo Dunford, age 53, passed away Friday, February 3, after a long illness.
She was a daughter of Betty and Earl Wingo of Gray. Tena was born in Welch, W.Va., and had lived in the Gray Community for the last 20 years.
She was preceded in death by a son Juston Jack Dunford, in 2006; and a sister, Janey Lynn Wingo.
Tena attended Restoration Church.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Mike Dunford; two sons, Ronnie and Tony Dunford, of Gray; one sister, Mosseallettia and Tim Jones, of Bedford, VA; three brothers, Bucky and Kelly Wingo, of Raleigh, NC, Darren and Shauna Wingo, of Gray, Ralph and Lisa Wingo, of War, W.VA.; grandchildren, Juston Jack Dunford Jr., Michael Avery, Darby Shaw, mother-in-law, Dolly Dunford, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ricky Dunford and Robin Boyd, all of War, W.VA.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 8, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Lacey Griffith of English, W.VA., and Pastor Steve Hooper officiating.
Burial will follow in the Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
