Leigh Anne Neal, Kingsport

KINGSPORT — Leigh Anne Noles Neal, 29, of Kingsport, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at Indian Path Medical Center.
Leigh Anne was born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, to Dianne Noles and Donnie Noles. She is preceded in death by her grandparents.
She was a graduate of ETSU and Trevecca Nazarene University and was employed as a Physician Assistant with the John Lawson Surgical Group of Johnson City, Tennessee. She was a member of Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church in Bluff City, Tennessee.
She is survived by her husband and best friend, Robby Neal, along with her step children, Jake and Sidney Neal. Also her mother, Dianne Noles, and her father, Donnie Noles and wife, Fonda. She is also survived by her Father In Law and Mother In Law, Bob and Pat Neal; Brother, Seth Noles and wife, Amber; Half Sister, Stephanie Michelle and husband, Roy Hodges; Half Brother, Troy and wife, Melissa Adams; Half Brothers, Ben Noles, Heath Noles, Tanner Noles; Half Sister, Natalie Noles; Aunt, Renee Lassiter Howard and husband, Bill; Nephews, Dalton, Hunter and Talon; Nieces, Megan, Allie, Maddy; and her canine companion, “Ben.”
The family of Leigh Anne Neal will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Friday, January 13, 2012, at Tri-Cities Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 14, 2012, at Tri-Cities Memory Gardens with Rev. Tom Reed officiating. Pallbearers will be Adam Strouth, John Chapman, Jeff Baker, Dicky Edwards, John Weaver, Gary Morelock.
The family would like to thank the Doctors and Staff of Indian Path Medical Center Emergency Room for their efforts.
