Justin Allen Laws, age 19, Jonesborough, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Justin was born in Washington County, TN, and the son of Ricky & Misty Phillips Laws.
He was a fine Christian young man and attended Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Phillips.
In addition to his parents, survivors include two sisters, Chelsea Laws and Chasity Laws, Jonesborough; grandparents; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and his Coon Hunting Dog, “Slick.”
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Dr. William Clever and all the staff at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital for their wonderful love and care given to Justin.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2011, at the Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Perry Cleek and Pastor Joe Beaver officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00-1:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dennis McInturff, Johnny Troutman, Nathan Troutman, Billy Steward, Darwin Booker and Randy Silvers.
