Bradley Joseph Perkey, Church Hill

CHURCH HILL — Bradley Joseph Perkey, 2 days old, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by great-uncle, Bradford Dean Woods; and great-grandfather, Kenneth Eugene Troutman.
Bradley is survived by parents, Alisha Smith and Richard Perkey; grandparents, Kevin and Amy Smith, Tammy Laws and fiancé, Ronnie Hyder; great-grandparents, Joseph and Charlotte Miller; aunts and uncles, Chelsea Smith, Charlotte Collins and husband, Allen, Jennisa Freeman and husband, Bobby; cousins, Tamara and Hailey Collins and Mason Freeman.
The family received friends on Saturday, October 29, 2011, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. Services were held at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Roy Reed officiating.
Graveside services will be on Sunday, October 30, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at Holston View Cemetery.
