Martha ‘Polly’ Stevens, Cumming, Ga.

CUMMING, Ga. — Martha Pope “Polly” Stevens, 87, of Cumming, GA, died Wednesday, October 12, 2011.
Ms. Stevens selflessly donated her body to Emory University School of Medicine.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
Polly was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a homemaker who was active in the community and supported the family business. Polly was also an avid reader and she enjoyed genealogy.
She is survived by 3 sons and 2 daughters: Jim Stevens and his wife, Janice, of Knoxville, TN, John Stevens, of Tallahassee, FL, Rick Stevens and his wife, Teresa, of Johnson City, TN, Alice Heath and her husband, Bud, of Lauderhill, FL, Kathy Shriver and her husband, Steve, of Johns Creek, GA; 11 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
