Terry Casteel, Jonesborough

Mrs. Terry Kaye Casteel, 55, Jonesborough, went to be with the Lord Monday, July 25, 2011, at the Johnson City Medical Center after a brief battle with cancer.
She was the daughter of Frank Kilby, Johnson City, and the late Willa Mae Carrier Kilby. She was also preceded in death by a son, Little Billy Sells.
She was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and grandmother.
She leaves behind her husband, RY Casteel, of the home; her father and step mother, Frank and Charlotte Kilby, Jonesborough; one daughter, Kelly Sells, Johnson City; one sister and brother-in-law, Rita and Timothy Harrison, Watauga; three grandchildren, Kelsye, Casey and little Terry Garland; a special niece, Joey Murr; and special nephew and his wife, David “Tater” and Missy Murr; great nieces and nephews; a special brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David and Donna Casteel; a special adopted son, Tommy Norton; and many other special friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2011, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home and at other times at 735 Mill Springs Road, Jonesborough.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 2011, at Sunrise Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Casteel, Josh Cole, Kevin Humphrey, Tommy Norton, Johnny Norton, Johnny Casteel and Gary Wayne Miller. Honorary pallbearers will be Tater Murr, Peyton Turner, Casey Garland, Mike Hall and Jay Malone.
