Angelia Davis, Elizabethton

Angelia “Angie” McKee Davis, age 50, of Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
She was a native of Unicoi County, and a daughter of Delores Ann Phillips Shell and Dallas Ray Jones, Jr. Angie was a 1978 graduate of Unicoi County High School, and was an LPN. She loved painting and crafts. Angie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Erwin. She is preceded in death by many loved ones from the Davis, Jones, and Phillips families.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by: Husband: Robert Davis; Brother: Bill Jones; Daughters: Andrea Michelle Whitney; Carrie Lynn Wagner; Sabrina Ann McKee; Grandchildren: Makayla Elizabeth Claire Whitney; Audrey Gabrielle Whitney; Jayden Elijah Whitney; Kiley Devon Angelia Wagner; Ryder Carrick McKee-Jones.
A memorial Service will be held at 8:00 PM, Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in the Chapel of Valley Funeral Home, Marlin Jaynes Jr. will officiate, musical selections will be provided by Haley Burleson and Linda Vaughn and a soloist. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until service time Tuesday at Valley Funeral Home.
