Johnson City police say Greeneville man hid vehicle from loan company

Johnson City police arrested a Greeneville man Monday on a charge that he hid a vehicle with a lien from a title loan company.

Tyrone Anderson, 1107 Woodlawn Drive, Apt. No. 4, Greenville, was charged with a hindering a secured creditor.

Police said Anderson fraudulently obtained a vehicle title loan in October 2012 from Tn Best Title Loans, 2111 N Roan St., and removed the vehicle without providing a location to the title company.

He was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center and arraigned Tuesday in Sessions Court.
