Johnson City police say Kingsport man struck wife with pickup truck

A couple's argument over who owned their pickup truck led the husband to hit his wife with the vehicle, resulting in his arrest today, Johnson City police said in a news release.
Ronald Roberts, 50, 605 Tomahawk Drive, Kingsport, was charged with domestic aggravated assault.
Police said Roberts struck his wife with their Dodge 350 pickup truck during a disagreement over the vehicle's ownership.
He was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center on $50,000 bond pending a Sessions Court appearance Thursday.
