A fourth man accused in a Johnson City sexual assault case and home invasion was arrested over the weekend.

Najier “Tim” Hugley, 21, 515 Pardee St., was booked into the Washington County Detention Center about 7 p.m. Saturday.

He was charged with aggravated assault, especially aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated rape.

Three other men — Janmichael Vincent “Gotti” Lingo, 21, 1400 Orleans Terrace, Apt. 420, Lance Howard Hugley, 22, 515 Pardee St. and Adrian Dashon “D” Bizzell, 405 Bettie St. — already have been arraigned on related charges. Hugley was set to be arraigned this afternoon.

According to court documents filed by JCPD Investigator Matt Bolton, police responded to an aggravated assault at 600 St. Louis St. around 12:30 a.m. Aug. 22. Officers found Randy Tucker, who had been beaten with a beer bottle, suffering from lacerations to his head.

The female victim, who had also been assaulted, told police some of the men sexually assaulted her with a liquor bottle and urinated on her, and Bizzell hit her three times with a beer bottle.

The men forced their way into her apartment and held her down while Tucker was beaten.

Tim Hugley remained jailed on $150,000 bond today.
