A Greeneville woman was arrested this week on a felony shoplifting charge resulting from an incident at a Johnson City retail store in August.

Andrea M. Blake, 44, 5580 107 Cutoff, Greeneville, was accused of taking more than $800 worth of merchandise from Kohl's, 190 Marketplace Bvld.

Police said Kohl's employees stopped Blake outside the store and recovered some of the stolen items, but she was able to get into her vehicle and flee with the rest of the merchandise.

Blake was served with a warrant on Monday and held in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond. She was arraigned Wednesday in Sessions Court.
