Almost 80 second grade students at Lake Ridge Elementary School took part in a Living History Wax Museum Friday morning. Each student represented a famous person and provided information about their character to those visiting the museum.
The kids started out by doing research and gathering facts about the person's life and what they contributed to the U. S. or the world. Then they created a folder and became their character in the form of a living statue. The wax museum is the culmination of the entire project. Characters ranged from current famous people to old historical figures.
