Johnson City convenience store robbed at gunpoint; 4th in city this week

Johnson City police were seeking public assistance in finding a man who robbed a convenience store early Friday morning at gunpoint.

The robbery was reported at the Roadrunner Market at the corner of Princeton Road and East Oakland Avenue about 4:45 a.m. The clerk told police a white man wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie and a white and black bandana over his face, entered the store and showed a gun. He demanded money from the register and then fled.

The robbery marked the fourth convenience store robbery in Johnson City this week.
