No injuries reported after car crashes into Discount Tobacco store

No one was injured when a car crashed into Discount Tobacco, 104 W. Jackson Blvd., Jonesborough, early Thursday evening. According to Jonesborough police, Thomas Mills, 83, 2911 W. Walnut St., Johnson City, was driving the car when his foot slipped off the brake pedal. The car then entered the building, taking out the doors and windows in the process. Mills’ wife, who was a passenger, also was in the Lincoln Navigator.
