Decision on retrial for Johnson City man convicted of wife's murder delayed; court overturned verdict in March. A Johnson City man who had his 2011 conviction in the 2003 murder of his wife overturned in March will have to wait a while longer to know if he will face a new trial in that case.

Former Johnson City cancer doctor will serve sentence at Alabama prison after pleading guilty in mislabeled medication case. Dr. William Kincaid, a former Johnson City cancer physician who pleaded guilty in federal court in December to misleading patients by receiving mislabeled cancer drugs, is to report to prison in less than three weeks.
