Anna Wesley Coghill and Joshua Travis Mallett were married Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Comforter, Charlotte, N.C.
The Rev. Amanda Kucik officiated the 5 p.m. exchange of vows. Music was provided by Patrick Pope, organist; and Tadd Hoffman, trumpeter.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Wesley Coghill III, Charlotte.
She is a granddaughter of Mrs. Cornelius Wesley Coghill Jr., Crofton, Md. and the late retired Col. Wesley Coghill Jr.; and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Edwin Lynch Jr.
The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Alfred Mallett III, Jonesborough; and the late Julie Heck Mallett.
He is a grandson of Mrs. Barbara Garner, Roanoke, Va., and the late Mr. Bill Garner; the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Alfred Mallett Jr.; and Mrs. Erma Heck, Roanoke, Va., and the late Mr. Julian Heck.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father.
Matron of honor was Sarah Jenkins, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Bridget Barry, Austin Kristoff and Elizabeth Steel.
Flower girl was Caroline Jenkins, niece of the bride.
Ring bearer was Charlie Jenkins, nephew of the bride.
Devin McGraw served as best man.
Groomsmen were Ashish Arya, Richard Bryan and John Wyant.
Readers were Andrew Jenkins and Sarah Pember.
Following a reception at the Mint Museum Uptown, Charlotte, the couple took a wedding trip to Kauai and O’ahu, Hawaii.
