Lisa Maria Cole and Matthew Lee Hayes were married Saturday, May 4, 2013, at The Martha Washington Inn, Abingdon, Va.
Pastor Eddie Leonard officiated the 2 p.m. exchange of vows.
The bride is a daughter of Mike and Zeola Cole, Elizabethton.
She is a granddaughter of the late Allene Blevins.
The groom is a son of Larry and Deborah Hayes, Swords Creek, Va.
He is a grandson of Dorce White, Swords Creek, Va., and the late Louise White; and Lois Hayes, Raven, Va.
Given in marriage and escorted by her father, the bride wore an A-line Maggie Sottero gown of embellished lace, adorned with crystal tulle and hand-sewn flowers, finished with Swarovski crystals, featuring a corset-back closure and a skirt that extended into a semi-cathedral train.
Matron of honor was Lori Royston, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Julia Church, Grace Harrison and Kaysi Royston, niece of the bride.
Flower girl was Hallie Hayes, niece of the groom.
Ring bearers were Caleb and Cash Royston, nephews of the bride.
Chad Burks served as best man.
Groomsmen were Nathan Hayes, brother of the groom; Phillip Brooks and Chance Dye.
Following a reception at Edith Wilson Parlor in The Martha Washington Inn, the couple took a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico.
