Sara Ellen Barnes and Loyal Benjamin Andies III were married Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, at The Gazebo at Mill Spring Park, Historic Jonesborough.
The Rev. Dennis Shumate officiated the 6:30 p.m. exchange of vows. Music was provided by Sage Greer, vocalist; Emory Carty, guitarist; and Caleb Coe, drummer.
The bride is a daughter of Dr. Rod and Janet Barnes, Greeneville.
She is a granddaughter of Fred Johnson, Johnson City; the late Berdie Johnson; Lloyd E. Barnes, Nashville; and the late Frances Barnes.
The groom is a son of Loyal and Becky Andies, Bluff City.
He is a grandson of Louise Andies, Jonesborough; the late Loyal Andies; Eddie Arnold, Bluff City; and the late Lois Arnold.
Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a Maggie Sottero gown of ivory demir stretch satin featuring beaded embellishments, a sweetheart-style neckline, a ruched, asymmetrically draped bodice, a lace-up coselette backline and a skirt with that extended into a chapel-length train.
Matrons of honor were Robin Morelock and Haven Duffy, sisters of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Caitlin Campbell; Brooke Dyer, sister of the groom; Michelle Martz; Marybeth Nickerson and Lindsay McKnight.
Flower girls were Maggie Morelock and Kamryn Wykle.
Ring bearer was Hunter Morelock.
Loyal Andies II and Timothy Andies served as best men.
Groomsmen were Tyler Baker, Josh Baker, Daniel Simpson, Sean Sherrill and Dustin Fleenor.
Ushers were the groomsmen and ring bearer.
Greeters were Mr. and Mrs. Rick Ealy.
Unity event special reading was given by Robin Morelock.
Following a reception at The Gazebo at Mill Spring Park, the couple took a wedding trip to Galley Bay, Antigua.
