Holly Jones and Timothy James Fisher were married Saturday, July 10, 2010, at Boones Creek Christian Church.
David Clark, minister, officiated the 6 p.m. exchange of vows. Music was provided by Kellie McClendon, vocalist; Roddy Bird, pianist; Norman Gray, trumpeter; and Julie Cardwell, organist.
The bride is a daughter of Freddie Jones, 572 Brethren Church Road, Jonesborough; and the late Jessie Jones.
She is a granddaughter of Rachel Shipley of Johnson City; the late Russell Shipley; Edith Jones of Gray; and the late Herbert M. Jones.
The groom is a son of Richard and Vickie Fisher, 96 Ashley Drive, Bristol, Va.
He is a grandson of the late Ray and Helen Fisher; and the late Brown and Kathleen Hoback.
Given in marriage and escorted by her father, the bride wore an A-line gown of satin featuring a chiffon split overlay and metallic embroidery.
Matron of honor was Cindy M. Widener.
Flower girl was Laiken Hoback.
Richard J. Fisher II served as best man.
Ushers were Chris Widener and Casey Jones.
Bride’s book attendant was Penny Kyker.
Following a reception at the Holiday Inn, the couple took a wedding trip to Secrets Sanctuary Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
