BLOUNTVILLE — A Blountville man has pleaded not guilty to 12 counts each of rape of a child and aggravated sexual battery and one count of sexual battery by an authority figure.
Corley Stewart, 65, 2780 Stewart Hill Private Drive, Blountville, was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to the charges alleged in the 25-count indictment Monday in Sullivan County Criminal Court.
Stewart was arrested March 13 after a Sullivan County grand jury returned sealed indictments against him on March 7.
