Man charged in abuse case involving two-year-old with broken bones

A Johnson City man was charged with child abuse after an investigation into a two-year old receiving broken bones, police said in a news release.
Johnson City police charged Crisoforo Lopez Hernandez, 30, 305 Royal Circle, Apt. 49, with one count of aggravated child abuse/neglect.
Police said the two-year-old had two broken bones in its left wrist and a broken upper right arm.
Hernandez was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
He was scheduled to be arraigned in Sessions Court Friday.
