Johnson City police arrested a 25-year-old city man Wednesday on a charge that he stole a custom cue stick from a downtown bar.
Nicholas M. Halkowitz, 3 Honeysuckle Ct., was charged with theft of property over $1,000.
Police said Halkowitz' arrest followed an investigation into the theft of a custom cue stick from Numan's Bar, 225 E. Main St.
Halkowitz was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond and arraigned Thursday in Sessions Court.
