Officers found drug paraphernalia in the possession of a suspected shoplifter Saturday, police said.
Johnson City Police were notified of a shoplifting suspect leaving Family Dollar on South Roan Street and located 34-year-old Jacqueline Caudle, no known address. The property was recovered and upon a search of Caudle, drug paraphernalia was also found, according to a news release.
Caudle was arrested, charged with identity theft, shoplifting and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and was taken to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held on $12,000 bond. Caudle will be arraigned Monday at 9 a.m. in Washington County Sessions Court.
